SHIPPING & RETURNS / REFUND POLICY
- Once you successfully place an order at Born Confused, you will receive an email confirmation. This will include the order number, product details & shipping details.
- Successful orders can take up to 3 to 7 business days to get processed and shipped.
- Ensure that you enter the correct shipping address as once they are shipped, we cannot redirect them.
- After the order is processed, it will be prepared for shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email along with the tracking information.
- The shipping is free on all applicable orders at Born Confused.
- Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 8 days from the date of receiving the product.
- For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
- The returned products should be unused and in original condition.
- None of the order is eligible for a refund of money. We offer free replacement.
- We don’t have any reverse pickup policy. The buyers have to send us the returned products within 10 days.
